What Is a Fleet Tracking System?
A fleet tracking system works by having a GPS device in each vehicle send its position, speed and movement to a server at regular intervals, then turning that raw data into something readable on a map. At its simplest it answers "where is my vehicle right now"; set up properly it also tells you how far the vehicle travelled, where it idled and how the driver handled it.
But location is only half of what a business actually struggles with. The van whose inspection expired, the truck with lapsed insurance, the driver whose licence was never renewed, who drove which vehicle last month, where the report for that damage three months ago went — all of this is fleet management, and most tracking products ignore it entirely.

How It Works
Setup takes a day; after that it runs on its own.
1. The device goes into the vehicle
If your vehicles already carry a GPS device we can usually keep it. If not, we pick a suitable one together; fitting is quick and does not affect how the vehicle is used.
2. The device ID goes into the panel
You type the device identifier onto the vehicle card. From that moment every position the device sends lands on the right vehicle — no further matching needed.
3. Positions flow onto the map
The map refreshes itself as positions arrive. Addresses are resolved in the background; speed and status show on the vehicle marker.
4. Records build up and the system warns you
As vehicle, driver, document and damage records accumulate, the panel starts raising flags: a document about to expire, a driver record going wrong, a stale position.

Why Spreadsheets Fall Short
Most businesses start managing a fleet in a spreadsheet, and for the first few vehicles that genuinely works. Is Vehicle Tracking Legal?
A business tracking vehicles it owns is lawful in Turkey and widely practised. Vehicle location does, however, count as personal data once a driver can be identified, so a few rules under the Turkish data protection law (KVKK) apply.
Three things are expected in practice: employees must be informed that the vehicle carries a tracking system, tracking must stay proportionate to the work and within working hours, and data must not be kept longer than needed. Covert tracking or monitoring private life outside working hours falls outside that framework.
On our side, the data is yours: each company's records are held in their own space and no other company user can reach them. If you leave the service, we export or delete your data on request.

Do I need to fit a device to my vehicle?
Location data comes from a GPS device fitted to the vehicle. If you already have one, we can work with your existing setup; if not, we will pick a suitable device together. The moment you enter the device ID on the vehicle record, the vehicle appears on the map.
How many vehicles can I track?
There is no software limit on vehicle count. A five-vehicle business and a fleet of dozens are managed from the same panel; adding a vehicle simply means creating a new record.
How does it track inspection and insurance dates?
You see the dates entered on vehicle and driver records together on the Documents and Insurance screen; documents that are due or overdue also appear as a counter on the dashboard. When extending, you do not calculate the end date by hand: you pick the start and how many years to extend.
How is driver performance calculated?
From the records on the driver's file: speeding, official reports and accident records. When you attach a driver to a damage record, that entry is written to the driver's file automatically — you do not have to enter it twice.
How current is the position I see on the map?
Positions update as they arrive from the device and the map refreshes itself. If a vehicle's position is older than 30 minutes its marker turns grey — so you never mistake stale data for live.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. The panel opens in the browser and works on phone and tablet; there is no separate app to download.
How much does it cost per month?
890 TRY for up to five vehicles, 1,890 TRY for up to 15 and 3,890 TRY for up to 40, VAT excluded. Above forty vehicles we apply tiered pricing from 75 TRY per vehicle. There is no setup fee, no charge per user, and annual payment comes with two months free.
Does the price include the device?
The prices cover the software subscription. If your vehicles already carry a GPS device we can usually keep it and you face no hardware cost. If not, we choose a suitable device and data line together; those are quoted separately as a one-off and a monthly item.
How soon can I start using it?
There is nothing to install on the software side — the panel is ready the day your account opens. The only lead time is fitting devices to vehicles. If you already have devices, the same day; from scratch, usually a few working days before the whole fleet is on the map.
Who owns my data, and can anyone else see it?
The data is yours. Each company's records are held in their own space and no user from another company can reach them under any circumstances. Within your own team you decide who sees which screen. If you leave, we export your data.
Is tracking my employees a legal problem?
A business tracking its own vehicles is lawful. What is expected is that employees are informed the vehicle carries a tracking system and that tracking stays within working hours and proportionate to the work. Covert tracking or monitoring outside working hours falls outside that framework, and the system is not built to encourage it.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. We do not ask for a long commitment; on monthly billing you can stop any month. If you choose annual payment we add two months free, and in that case the service runs to the end of the term.
