E-COMMERCE

Keep Your Store Open All Night

We build a store that fits your brand, is easy to shop on a phone, takes payments securely and is simple to run. Orders land in your panel, not in your message inbox.

Built around your brand, not a template · Mobile-first · Payments and shipping from one team

Every order on one screen

Products, stock, payments and shipping in the same panel. Which order is paid and which one has shipped is visible without asking anyone.

If this sounds familiar

The move to e-commerce usually happens when sales grow faster than the routine that handles them. If a few of these ring true, that moment has arrived.

Orders get lost in messages

Orders from Instagram and WhatsApp slip between conversations. Who paid and whose parcel has shipped is tracked in a notebook.

Fees are eating the margin

Marketplace revenue grows, but after commission, shipping and ad fees what you actually keep shrinks a little more every month.

The customer isn't yours

You can't tell a marketplace buyer about your next campaign or bring them back to you. You have to win the same customer again every time.

Your site looks like your competitor's

Off-the-shelf templates look the same for everyone, and when you need a feature you wait for the package to allow it.

Sold-out items keep selling

Stock is kept separately in the shop and online. Orders arrive for items that are gone, followed by an apologetic phone call.

Carts are abandoned on phones

Most visitors arrive on a phone. A site that loads slowly or struggles at checkout loses the sale at the very last step.

Why your own store when marketplaces exist?

Marketplaces such as Amazon or Etsy are a good start, and most businesses should keep selling there. But the two channels do different jobs; side by side, the choice gets easier.

Marketplace only

  • Built-in traffic: buyers are already searching there, so the first sale comes quickly.
  • A commission and service fee is taken from every sale.
  • The buyer belongs to the marketplace; you can't reach them later.
  • Your product sits next to competitors; the decision often comes down to price.
  • The marketplace sets the rules, the fees and your visibility.

Your own online store

  • No marketplace commission per sale; card payments only carry the payment provider's fee.
  • The customer list is yours: you run campaigns, newsletters and repeat sales.
  • Only your products and your brand are on the page.
  • You set the shipping, returns and campaign rules.
  • Visitors don't arrive on their own; search, social media or ads have to bring them.

That is why, for most businesses, the right answer is not "one or the other" but both: the marketplace finds new customers, your own store keeps them and keeps the margin with you.

What's included?

An online store is more than a shop window; every step has to work, from the moment a product is chosen to the moment it ships. These come ready in every store we build.

Design built for your brand

Not a template: a store built on your colours, your photos and the story behind your products.

Mobile-first

Designed for the phone screen first. Every step from product page to checkout is comfortable with one hand.

Secure payments

Card payments run through a payment provider or your bank's payment gateway. Card details are never stored on your site.

Products, variants and stock

Options such as size, colour or dimension, each with its own stock count. When stock runs out, the product stops selling on its own.

Order and shipping tracking

Order status on one screen: paid, being prepared, shipped. The tracking number is shared with the customer.

Campaigns and discount codes

Discount codes, cart discounts, a free-shipping threshold. You set up the campaign yourself, no developer needed.

Search engine friendly

Fast pages, an editable title and description for every product, and structured data so Google understands what you sell.

Easy admin panel

Adding a product, changing a price or confirming an order needs no technical skills; it is as simple as filling in a form.

Legal pages

Terms of sale, returns policy, privacy and cookie notices — their place in the store and the confirmations at checkout are set up from the start.

How we work

Four steps. At the end of each one you see what is ready; no surprises.

First consultation

We listen to what you sell, how many products you have and how you handle orders today. It is free.

Design and catalogue

The look of the store and the product structure — categories, variants, prices — are agreed together. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Build and test

Payments, shipping and email notifications are tested. Before launch, a real purchase is made on the site from start to finish.

Launch and handover

The store goes live and we walk through the panel with you. After that, we are one message away.

Frequently asked questions

The questions businesses ask us most before getting an online store built.

I already sell on a marketplace. Do I need my own store too?

A marketplace is good for finding new customers, but those customers stay with the marketplace. Your own store keeps repeat buyers, your brand and your margin with you. Most businesses run both; since updating stock and orders in two places is the most common source of mistakes, this is planned from the start.

An off-the-shelf package or a custom store?

Packages launch quickly, but you pay monthly and work within the package's limits; a custom store is shaped around how you work. We tell you which one suits you after looking at your product count and workflow — and if a package is enough for a small catalogue, we say so.

Which payment methods can I offer?

Card payments go through a payment provider or your bank's payment gateway. Which methods you can offer — cards, instalments, bank transfer, cash on delivery — depends on the provider and the country you sell in. Your business applies to the provider; we help you with what it asks for.

What do I need to watch out for legally?

Consumer law depends on the country you sell in. In most markets a store needs clear terms of sale, a returns and withdrawal policy, a privacy policy and cookie consent, and the customer has to accept the terms before paying. We build these pages and the confirmation steps into checkout; we recommend having the texts themselves reviewed by your legal adviser.

Can I manage products and orders myself?

Yes. Adding products, updating prices and stock, and changing order status are done in the admin panel and need no technical skills. We go through the panel together at handover.

How will visitors find the store?

The honest answer: visitors don't arrive on their own when a store opens. Search engine basics are set up from day one, but rankings take time; in the first months sales usually come from social media, ads and your existing customers. We plan together how to connect the store to these channels.

How long until the store goes live?

It depends on the number of products, the scope of the design and whether the content — product photos and descriptions — is ready. The payment provider's approval also affects the timeline. We give you a date once the scope is clear after the first consultation.

How is the price determined?

By the number of products and categories, the scope of the design, the payment and shipping connections and any special requirements. The first consultation is free; after hearing what you need, we send a written, itemised quote.

Let's plan your store together

Tell us what you sell, how many products you have and how you handle orders today; we'll suggest the right path. If a ready-made package is enough, we'll tell you that too.
